Ingridients
3 cups sugar
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Baking Soda
6-8 bananas
1 cup oil
4 eggs
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
Combine all ingredients and mix until the batter is uniform.
Pour batter into a baking tray and bake for approximately 35 minutes until cooked through
