Hannan Ben Amram Z"L

Ingredients 

Four skinless Salmon fish filets

Peppers in different colors: red, green, yellow. It is also possible to use hot pepper

Garlic: 4 garlic cloves- cut in half\thick cut for four large and nice dishes

1 parsley bundle, 1\2 cup chopped parsley

Olive oil

Salt and black pepper


Instructions 


  • Cut the peppers into strips.

  • Saute the peppers lightly for 5 minutes.

  • Chop the garlic

  • Add the garlic and saute for five more minutes. When it is done, put the cooked garlic and peppers in a bowl.

  • Take the four slices of Salmon filets and put some oil (it is recommended to use olive oil) and season it with coarse salt and coarse black pepper.

  • Fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side.

  • Put the fish in a baking dish and put the fried peppers and garlic on the fish slices.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, and it is ready for serving.

  • It is possible to add the parsley before or after the baking.
