Four skinless Salmon fish filets
Peppers in different colors: red, green, yellow. It is also possible to use hot pepper
Garlic: 4 garlic cloves- cut in half\thick cut for four large and nice dishes
1 parsley bundle, 1\2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper
Cut the peppers into strips.
Saute the peppers lightly for 5 minutes.
Chop the garlic
Add the garlic and saute for five more minutes. When it is done, put the cooked garlic and peppers in a bowl.
Take the four slices of Salmon filets and put some oil (it is recommended to use olive oil) and season it with coarse salt and coarse black pepper.
Fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side.
Put the fish in a baking dish and put the fried peppers and garlic on the fish slices.
Bake for 10 minutes, and it is ready for serving.
It is possible to add the parsley before or after the baking.
