1 cup Nesquick powder (or another chocolate milk powder)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup canola or vegetable oil
~4.4 oz. of heavy whipping cream
~3.5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Combine the heavy whipping cream and semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave. Divide this chocolate mixture into two separate portions (one will be for the topping at the end.)
Combine and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add eggs, oil, and half of the chocolate mixture. Mix until the batter is uniform.
Oil a 9 inch (24cm) round cake baking pan and pour in the batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
